Book a class is easy! Once you sign into your account, go to click or search for a class that interests you. You can enroll clicking the 'Enroll' button on the class detail page. Then you are brought to our 3-step booking system:
Step 1: Go through the class calendar and book the time that suits your schedule. The time is set at your preferred time zone in your account setting for your convenience. Don't forget to provide some information on what you want to learn from this class.
If the class is fully booked (we limit the classroom to 25 users only), please put the class as Wishlist and you will be informed of next available session by us.
Step 2: Payment shows you the class cost.
Step 3: Confirm payment and then you are redirected to PayPal page for secured payment.
Learning is a commitment. You are not encouraged to cancel a class that you have enrolled. We will not provide refund when you withdraw. In terms of exceptional cases, please Contact Us 48 hours before the class is launched.
We use secured payment system PayPal for your purchase. Your account and credit card information will not be stored by our site. The easiest way is to create a PayPal account for faster payment procedure.
We value every penny and minute you spend with us and believe that knowledge sharing should not be expensive. Class price at MindSynch is standardized at $5 USD per 30-minute class, except for special sessions and events.

You are always welcome to give reviews on the classes you have taken. Your feedback is valuable to the Tutors and MindSynch community to better improve knowledge learning experience.
We reserve the right to edit, remove or put on hold any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to MindSynch and not users.
You can request a refund within 7 days from the launch of the class via Contact Us. You need to provide reasons for the refund, which will be subject to the approval from us. We cannot refund classes due to Learners' no show issues. Classes paid with Tutor Points are not refundable, unless it is due to Tutor errors, such as no show of classes.
Scheduled time for classes on your web page reflects the local time that your computer or mobile devices is configured to. Please make sure you adjust the time on your computer to the time zone where you will take the classes you have booked, to avoid missing your class at the right time.
As a MindSynch Learner, you can join a class that you have booked from a computer, tablet or smartphone. We highly recommend you use a device with a camera, to optimize your learning and classroom experience.
